GOOD QUESTIONS. STRAIGHT ANSWERS.

BEFORE YOU HANG IT.

Which scents can I choose?

Pick a design, then check its current product page for the scent and available options. Custom-photo and Black Label choices are listed on their own product pages.

How do the bundles work?

Choose individual air fresheners in any quantity. Mix designs or repeat your favorites. Eligible one-time fresheners receive 3% off at 3–5 items, 6% at 6–7, 9% at 8–9, and 12% at 10 or more. Only the highest eligible tier applies. Discounts do not combine; a valid better code may replace the tier. Subscription purchases are excluded. Custom-photo singles are personalized on their own product page, then count toward your bundle.

How should I use my air freshener?

Hang it freely, clear of the driver's view and controls. Keep it from touching dashboards, upholstery, and other finished surfaces. Follow the care instructions included with your order. Read the care guide.

When will my order ship?

We currently ship to the United States. Originals and Black Label fixed designs need an estimated 5–7 business days for production after artwork approval. Custom-photo orders need a usable image and approved artwork first, then an estimated 5–7 business days for production; image review or corrections take additional time. UPS Ground transit is estimated at 1–5 business days after shipment. Peak periods and carrier delays may add time. These are separate estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Mixed orders may arrive in separate packages. Shipping charges and options are confirmed at checkout. Shipping details.

What if something is wrong with my order?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery for the satisfaction guarantee: a full refund, including original shipping, with no return required. For damaged, incorrect, defective, or missing items, contact us within 30 days of delivery or the expected delivery date. Contact us and read the full policy.
