Before requesting custom air fresheners for a business, crew or event, have six things ready: quantity, one design, scent preferences, delivery location, an in-hand date and a short explanation of how you plan to use them.
Limited Supervision accepts quote requests for 50 or more custom air fresheners of one design, using a logo, artwork or photo. Pricing, available scents, shipping charges and production timing are confirmed with the quote. Here is how to prepare a request that gives us something useful to work with.
1. Count the people, vehicles or handouts first
Start with where the fresheners will go. Fifty vehicles, fifty crew members and fifty event guests are three different plans, even if the first number is the same.
- For a crew: decide whether each person gets one or more than one.
- For customer handouts: choose the number you actually want to distribute during a defined period.
- For an event: separate your expected attendance from the number of giveaways you want.
If your count is still uncertain, say so. You can ask which quantities would be useful to compare, without assuming a particular price break. The published inquiry starts at 50 of the same design; if you have several logos or versions in mind, describe them and ask how they would need to be quoted.
2. Give the artwork one clear job
A logo, a crew joke and an event name can each work as a starting idea. Decide which one should get noticed first. Trying to squeeze the entire company brochure onto a freshener is an ambitious use of square inches.
Look at the artwork at a small size. Can you still read the main words? Is the logo easy to recognize? This is a planning check, not a print proof. Keep essential details clear, and tell us which parts of the design must remain.
Have the clearest original artwork you can find ready to discuss. Include a design description or a link in the quote request. If all you have is a phone photo or a screenshot, say that up front and ask what is needed. Do not assume a specific file format, size or crop has been approved.
Use artwork you own or have permission to use. If a designer created your logo, check that you have the appropriate file and permission for the intended use.
3. Describe the scent preference without guessing the menu
Tell us your preferred scent or scents, or say you would like help choosing. The available choices for a bulk order are confirmed with the quote, so do not treat the retail original-design lineup as a guaranteed bulk menu.
If the fresheners are for several people, ask about the options before promising everyone a different fragrance. An event organizer with no scent preference can simply say that. There is no need to invent one to finish the form.
4. Work backward from the date you need them in hand
Give the day the fresheners need to reach you, not just the date of the event. You may want time beforehand to organize, divide or pack them.
For example, write “Our crew event is on June 12; we would like the fresheners in hand by June 5” rather than “needed in June.” Those are example dates, not promised lead times. If your schedule is flexible, say so.
Include the delivery city, state, ZIP or postal code, and country. Ask us to confirm whether the destination and date can be accommodated. Bulk production timing and shipping are quoted for your request; a retail delivery estimate is not a bulk-order deadline.
5. Copy this into your quote request
Open the 50+ custom freshener quote page, add your name and email, and put the following details in the Comment box:
- Bulk quote
- Quantity: [number of fresheners, at least 50 of one design]
- Design: [logo, artwork or photo description; link if ready]
- Scents: [preferences, or “please help me choose”]
- Delivery: [city, state, ZIP/postal code and country]
- Preferred in-hand date: [date, or “flexible”]
- Business, crew or event: [optional context]
Check the quote before making plans around it
When a quote arrives, check the quantity and design, available scents, total price, shipping charges and production timing. Ask about anything important to your order that is not clear, including artwork approval, delivery expectations and applicable terms, before you commit.
Submitting the form is a quote request. It does not place an order or reserve an arrival date.
