Which scents can I choose?
The signature lineup includes Cold Start (Dark Ice), Fresh Detail (Cucumber & Fresh Mint), Jobsite Citrus (Lemon Lime), Factory Reset (New Car Leather), Clocked Out (Pine), Red Flag (Cherry), Vacation Denied (Coconut), Barely Behaving (Vanilla), Zero Chill (Arctic Blast). What is Black Label?
The Black Label collection includes Zero Chill in Arctic Blast, Vacation Denied in Coconut, Barely Behaving in Vanilla and Red Flag in Cherry. Each is a separate 2.5 × 3.75-inch portrait rectangle design, printed on both sides. Black Label products are separate from the nine original designs and are not included in the original mix-and-match pack builder.
Can I mix different scents in a pack?
Yes. On the Build a Pack page, choose three or six fresheners, then select the quantity of each of the nine original scents. You can mix scents or repeat a favorite. Each scent comes with its matching design. A 3-pack is $19.99 and a 6-pack is $36.99, plus shipping.
How do subscriptions work?
On an original single freshener, choose a one-time purchase or save 15% with a recurring delivery every 2 weeks, every month or every 3 months. Shipping is additional on every delivery. How do custom photo air fresheners work?
Open Make Your Own, choose your pack size and upload a clear photo. Select a scent and crop for each freshener, then add the finished selection to your cart. Check your photo and choices before checkout. Our custom photo guide explains how to choose a clear image and crop.
Want different photos, scents or crops in a pack? Leave the same-photo option unchecked and complete each item separately. Checking that box repeats the first photo, scent and crop for every freshener.
Custom-photo fresheners use a separate fragrance menu from the nine original designs. Choose from the scents available in the editor.
Are both sides printed?
Yes. The design is printed in full color on both sides. Listing images include digital artwork previews and mockups; printed colors may vary slightly from your screen.
How long does the scent last?
Scent duration varies with heat, airflow and use. Follow the care instructions supplied with the freshener you choose.
Where should I hang it?
Hang it freely where it won't obstruct your view or interfere with controls. Keep it from touching dashboards, upholstery and other finished surfaces, and keep it away from children and pets.
When will my order arrive?
We currently ship to the United States.
Originals, Black Label and other fixed designs
Allow an estimated 5–7 business days for production after artwork approval. This includes Jobsite Citrus, Factory Reset and Clocked Out as well as the other original designs. Production time is separate from carrier transit.
Custom-photo fresheners
Custom-photo orders need a usable photo, confirmed crop and scent, and approved artwork before production. Once ready for production, allow an estimated 5–7 business days. Time needed to review or correct an image is additional; this is not a promise to ship within 5–7 days of checkout.
Carrier transit
UPS Ground transit is estimated at 1–5 business days after shipment. Transit depends on the destination and service and may take longer. Production and carrier transit are separate estimates, not a guaranteed delivery date.
Packs and mixed orders
Timing depends on the items selected. Packs and mixed orders may arrive in separate packages. For a deadline, contact us before ordering so we can check the selected items.

What is the 7-day satisfaction guarantee?
If you are unhappy with your fresheners, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, including original shipping. Custom-photo fresheners are included. No return is required. See our refund policy for full details.

Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. Our refund policy explains help with damaged, defective, incorrect or missing orders, along with cancellation and return conditions.
